Support Matters in Virginia’s Family Courts

This specialized 8-hour training fulfills the Virginia Supreme Court's certification requirement for "Support Matters" (for both JDR and Circuit Court-Family levels).

Participants will gain the essential skills to mediate and calculate child support and pendente lite spousal support. The curriculum focuses on practical application, including:

• Navigating Virginia’s Child Support Guidelines.

• Drafting accurate support worksheets.

• Writing corresponding support agreements acceptable to the court.

Note: As per certification guidelines, attendees will complete at least three child support worksheets and two corresponding written agreements during the session.
